Privacy notice

Fifth Season Advisors uses this website to explain its advisory services and receive business inquiries. Contact berginjm@gmail.com with privacy questions or a request concerning your information.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, organization, email address, message and selected area of interest or timing. We use it to respond, consider an engagement and maintain relevant business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing.

Provide only a non-sensitive business summary. This site does not accept attachments and is not intended for classified information, CUI, export-controlled technical data, credentials or personal records.

Storage and service providers

Our website and inquiry services use Microsoft Azure. Inquiry information is stored so temporary email-delivery problems do not silently lose your message. Pending records are retained for up to 30 days; successfully notified content is removed sooner. Copies delivered to the business mailbox are handled as business correspondence.

Website measurement

Production pages load Google Tag Manager using container GTM-TPJPXLCV to manage approved measurement tags. Google may process technical request data under its own privacy terms. No advertising tags are enabled by this site by default.

Optional first-party measurement records aggregate page views, inquiry interactions and errors without advertising cookies, cross-session identifiers or fingerprinting. Query strings and message contents are excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals suppress optional browser analytics.

Technical infrastructure processes network information to deliver and protect the service. We do not place raw IP addresses, inquiry contents or email addresses in application analytics.

Your choices

You can contact us by email instead of using the form. You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have provided. Do not send sensitive identity documents with an initial request.

Links to LinkedIn, institutional publications and other websites are governed by those sites' privacy practices. We may update this notice as the website or its operation changes.
